Today (01/04/2025) we went live with the new LPR (license plate recognition) camera at the intersection of Maple and Main road.
This is the second LPR camera that falls under KEROA (the first one being the one on Caracal road).
We have one more to go which we plan on installing at the Zinnia and Main road intersection. Once the Zinnia LPR is installed, all roads in and out of the entire Sector 4 area will be covered by these cameras, ensuring that we are able to detect wanted vehicles whenever they enter the area.
In order to do this we need additional funding to be able to purchase the various equipment needed.
We ask that all KEROA members contribute to these vital security measures, not just for the initial purchase of the equipment but also for the monthly fees involved in running these cameras. Our bank account details are provided as follows:
