KEROA is the heart of the Kyalami AH Ext 1 community. Established to protect the safety, tranquility, and natural beauty of our neighbourhood, we serve as the collective voice for residents and property owners. Our goal is simple: to make Kyalami AH Ext 1 a premier community where families, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature can thrive together.

What We Do

  • Security & Safety: We prioritize a secure environment through proactive initiatives, including the management of camera monitoring solutions, dedicated emergency WhatsApp groups, and close collaboration with the Midrand SAPS and local security providers.
  • Environmental Preservation: We are committed to maintaining the “country feel” of Kyalami. This includes regular verge cutting, litter collection, and the beautification of open spaces to protect our indigenous flora and the vital wildlife corridor.
  • Community & Lifestyle: KEROA fosters a vibrant community spirit by hosting local events such as the Kyalami Night Rides and the Western Fair, and by ensuring our roads remain safe and welcoming for horse riders, cyclists, and runners.
  • Infrastructure & Advocacy: We act as a liaison with the City of Johannesburg and utility providers (Eskom, Joburg Water, JRA) to monitor service delivery and address infrastructure concerns affecting our properties.

Our Vision

To provide a safe, secure, and attractive environment where our residents, nature lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts can thrive in harmony with the natural beauty of the Kyalami area.
