Within Kyalami AH Ext 1 we rely on various services provided to us, either from the City of Johannesburg municipality or from Eskom.

While KEROA cannot log tickets on your behalf, we would like to provide information below on how you can do so.

Eskom

Website: https://www.eskom.co.za/

Telephone Number: 08600 37566

The easiest way to log a fault is using the Alfred chat bot: https://alfred.eskom.co.za/chatroom/

If you have any problems with power provided to you by Eskom, such as a phase down or no electricity supply, please follow these steps to log a fault report.

Always have your Eskom account number close by as you will need this when logging any faults.

Eskom App

Alternatively to the Alfred Chat Bot, you can also log faults via the Eskom app. Please download the app from your app store and then create a user account using your Eskom account number.

Once this is done you will be able to log faults via the app using the options in the menu.
